The Zone IT Retail Europe RUN Team oversees the evolution, incident management, and support requests for 141 stores and more than 200 counters. We are a dynamic team at the forefront of supporting and driving the evolution of the European Retail Zone.

What a day in your future job looks like:
An Incident Manager is responsible for managing the incident management process to restore normal service operations as quickly as possible and minimize the impact on business operations. They ensure that incidents are resolved efficiently, enhancing the reliability and performance of IT services. It is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient handling of all IT incidents, aiming for minimal business impact and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Coordinating people, processes, and technology to swiftly resolve IT service disruptions. Their mission? To restore the "harmony" of IT services and minimize any disruption to the business.
L’Oréal is looking for a Retail Incident Manager to work with the for all Europe L’Oréal Retail scope: Sales, Consumers, Supply & People.
This person brings a wealth of experience, information, and excitement around Retail, Beauty devices and services. Additionally, this role will help build processes and delivery best practices and will focus on activities critical to the maintenance and operations of Europe L’Oréal Zone sites. This person must be highly organized, self-motivated, solutions-oriented and able to think creatively and quickly, even in a crisis. This person possesses the ability to quickly prioritize requests and issues, identify the technical resource required, and define and execute next steps. Excellent project management, communication skills and attention to detail are essential for the position. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone with a high degree of technical understanding, attention to detail, an ability to develop creative and effective solutions and experience in the interactive/digital world.

You’ll stand out if:
- Directly responsible for coordination and successful execution of all projects and tasks related to Retail operations.
- Taking ownership of major incidents, often acting as the single point of contact
- Coordinating and collaborating with technical teams, resolving groups, and third-party vendors
- Working with the transversal Monitoring IT services to detect incidents early. Logging incidents with comprehensive details to facilitate tracking and resolution
- Demonstrated talent for creating a positive and motivating environment for teams and for building strong internal and external relationships
- Drive and facilitate quick and informed decision-making across different levels of the organization
- This role knows what to expect, what to do next, and how to keep teammates focused and productive
- Ability to prioritize and triage product issues and support requests and help identify the appropriate technical resources needed for each
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with new challenges – we need clear thinking and someone who works efficiently, even in a crisis
- Schedule and lead all necessary meetings, create and run the agendas, capture and distribute all notes; ensure meetings are maximally productive in minimal time.
- Keep work on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
- Build and manage detailed (and often compressed) work back plans and production schedules when needed
