What will you do?
As Retail Brand Manager Vichy you will have the following responsibilities:
- Build & execute consumer-centric shopper journeys to maximize conversion at our (e-) retailers, and in line with launch & awareness plan PBM. Cocreation with sales and the customer. Regular analysis of the turnover and contact with sales on helping sales meet their sales targets.
- To understand the consumer (shopper) in the best way, gain data/insights from quantitative and qualitative research via (e)-retailers, CMI and our medical teams that visit pharmacies, hospitals, skin therapists and GP’s. Collaboration with the PBM to bring together the customer and consumer view together.
- Analyzing, using and evaluating the most effective marketing touchpoints in the consumer journey that contribute to conversion. (sampling, testers, POS materials, Merchandising, windows, GWP’s, etc.). in collaboration with the Product Brand Manager.
- Cocreation of sales presentations and tools, participating in client meetings to give support from the brand/marketing perspective.
- Accurately forecasting promotions and launches per customer together with sales and logistics.
- Accurate follow-up of budgets/investments (PPP).
- Be the marketing point of contact for sales, but also be the voice of the needs of clients within the marketing team.
- Effectively prepare clear messages for the senior management to present to senior management
- Develop one’s knowledge of the L’Oréal organization, get to know the culture, develop one’s expertise in marketing, project management, operational excellence with one’s manager and team support
Who are you?
The following qualities and qualifications are required for this position:
- A completed academic Master’s degree
- At least 2 year of (retail/shopper) marketing experience
- Experience with skincare marketing is considered an advantage
- Good spoken and written command of Dutch or French (at least 1 of languages) & English (absolute must-have).
- A real networker, you are good at building relationships both internally and externally
- You are organised, pro-active and can switch quickly between tasks, brands, categories and stakeholders. You know how to tackle things and you always get the job done.
