1. Active sell-out development of brands from L'Oréal Luxe portfolio in Douglas LV, Stockman LV the region:
- Creating an action plan for region and perfumeries based on performance.
- Creating and implementing a dedicated business plan for key perfumeries in the region, special priority for results and shopping experience in Top Door perfumeries.
- Responsibility for enforcing contractual obligations in Douglas, Stockmann (central animations, number of shelves, presence of glorifiers, personalization, stands) and co-create trade plans with KAMs.
- Proactive cooperation with retailers regional and store managers.
- Proposing new openings.
- Work hand in hand with KAMs to build right Activity plans for region.
2. Activate and execute eventing and Beauty-Tech services on local level:
- Taking responsibility for centrally agreed eventing (e.g. beauty street), responsibility for the implementation and results of the above-mentioned.
- Planning local actions supporting sell-out.
- Responsibility for stocking and availability of promotional tools during local events&Trade activities.
- Work hand in hand with Reatail&Education Manager Baltics on implementation of new concepts and transform services in stores.
3. Taking care of the image of L'Oréal Luxe brands:
- Responsibility for compliance with planograms on shelves, makeup gondolas and stands.
- Secure testers availability in stores.
- Active participation in renovations and new openings to execute best visibilities for L’Oréal Luxe.
- Bi-yearly merchandising follow-up L’Oréal Luxe and key competitors (share of space).
4. Reporting information from the region and monitoring competition activities.
