What You'll Do:

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our technical equipment. Your expertise in maintenance and troubleshooting will ensure that our production runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize production yield by managing and maintaining technical equipment.
• Quickly and effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Implement and adhere to established maintenance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, safety, environmental, and ergonomic regulations.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need:

• A diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance-related role.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining production machinery.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, including PLC programming.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Having a can-do attitude
