A Day in the Life
As a Product Manager at L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing strategies for a dynamic portfolio of dermatological brands. Reporting to the Brand Business Leader, you will play a key role in driving product innovation and growth within the Italian market. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your scientific knowledge with your business acumen to shape the future of dermatological beauty.
- Strategy & Innovation: Lead the development and execution of product strategies, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market trends. Conduct competitive analyses and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Portfolio Management: Manage the product lifecycle, optimizing product performance and profitability. Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, R&I, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product development and launch. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee product forecasting, budgeting, and supply chain management to ensure optimal product availability and cost efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
We Are Looking For
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Product Life Cycle Management: Deep understanding of product development stages and lifecycle management principles.
- Consumer Focus: Strong understanding of consumer needs and market trends, with the ability to translate insights into product strategies.
- Collaboration & Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
- A scientific background (degree or relevant experience) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing
