Becoming Director of E-Commerce & CRM for Poland & Baltic HUB will give you the holistic business take on the dynamic and innovative force, affecting profitable growth and leading the company towards new goals and the future.

You will/be:                      

  • Strategizing e-commerce acceleration
  • Identifying new areas of e-commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking
  • Providing expertise on e-commerce best practices to consult cross functional projects and ensure e-commerce principles incorporated
  • Upskilling and transmitting e-commerce knowledge and mindset within organization
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans driving e-commerce growth including: business planning, content strategy, web design, analytics and technologies, customer service standards
  • Driving the change towards consumer centricity model
  • Generating and implementing new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales and profitability
  • Leading towards data-driven organization
  • Managing web analytics approach and communicating relevant insights to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Contribute to brand profitable growth by designing and implementing local CRM solutions to engage, retain, upsell & recruit consumers and leverage insight and data.
  • Plan and deliver local CRM strategies across the brand encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty, promoting the brand and the new products
  • Customer Journey Mapping - analyze touch points with the Brand and maximize commercial opportunities
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including acquisition, analytics, eCommerce/merchandising, technology, creative, and sales
  • Manage the local CRM Platform
  • Has a broad vision of CRM possibilities; foster cross brands, categories or divisions

You have:

  • Solid e-commerce background leadership role candidates (8-10y): agency, start up, client’s side
  • Experience in direct / indirect e-commerce business models, ideally with omnichannel approach
  • Experience in CRM
  • Inspiring leadership coming from global, matrix and complex environment
  • Extraordinary influencing and negotiation abilities, both on strategic and operational levels with internal and external partners
  • Change management expertise and attitude
  • Teamwork oriented, hands on attitude
  • Great knowledge and technical skills, drive and passion towards new solutions and technologies
  • Ability to combine helicopter view approach with detail-oriented mindset
