MISSION: “I am the Online Brand Manager and I am the champion of e-Commerce. I own the online experience for Shoppers across different retailers platforms. I work with regional e-commerce team and our local stakeholders to amplify our brand campaign successfully across Ecommerce & retail platforms’


Ensure that all ecommerce activities are consistent with the brand sense of purpose.

Lead all online campaigns of brands including SBD- following brand’s MKT calendar
Online Super Brand Day for both online & offline
  • Work with product managers to define the SBD’s concept
  • Develop KV & campaign tagline; Lead all online activities both on brand’s platform, partners’ platforms
  • Work with Social Manager to ensure the visibility of the campaign on social
  • Ensuring Hero products consistency
Mega Online Campaign (D11- D12): Lead all activities online to ensure brand consistency

Building Content Guidelines: A+ Content, Brand Campaign, Awareness Campaign
  • Working with e-commerce and platform team to ensure gold standard execution on platform site (visibility, quality of content, reviews etc)
  • Working with platform partners to understand needs, and develop relevant content
  • Working on Product page displays – above and below the fold
  • Build, monitor and take actions to improve Rating & Reviews for Hero products by building insights on this data
Managing online content
  • In line with search gap analysis/ strategy, collating campaign & always-on site content for implementation by Digital teams
  • Managing Feed through Adaptation of videos format and adaptation of imagery
REPLIKA & NGL (brand.com site) project:
  • REPLIKA: Develop all contents for LRP & VIC on Replica to ensure consistent brand images exposed to influencers
  • NGL: In charge of NGL for LRP & VIC
