O+O Key Account Manager - Luxury Products Division


L'Oréal Hellas is looking to hire a successful Key Account Manager who will join Luxury Product Division dream team. At L’Oréal Luxury Products Division (LLD), we create personalized brand experiences online and offline that make our customers the center of our iconic brand universe. We make the customer the hero of our brand story. Every day we push boundaries in the world of traditional and digital strategies to advance the brand building, the retail excellence and the digital engagement creating real emotion through memorable brand experiences and creative marketing initiatives.


You will…

  • Develop, monitor and manage a portfolio of retailers/clients account, in accordance with the strategy of division and brands.
  • Create an annual business plan/trade marketing plan taking into account levers of growth to achieve brand results (sell-in, sell-out, market share) and the profitability of brands within the account.
  • Lead or participate in the negotiations with retailers/clients on key launches, space, location and stock. Establish and develop partnerships and strong relationships with internal stakeholders for trade placements.
  • Establish and implement the plan including trade marketing/animation/ merchandising/training. Follow up return-on investment of actions and animations. Support the development of the account, including e-retail.
  • Drive the performance of their accounts (P&L). Manage stock agreements with trade partners. Monitor contracts/invoices associated with the brand. Prepare and conduct brands strategy meetings with marketing.
  • Orchestrate and coach all account interlocutors. Engage with retail teams to deliver trade plans. Co-ordinate with other internal departments on retailer/client activity (sales, supply chain, marketing, customer service, education, merchandising, legal department). Work closely with other account managers and retail teams. Represent the retailer/client internally
  • Reports to the business Commercial Department of the Division on the analysis of market trends, business performance and its levers, and make recommendations
  • Shapes and disseminates analyses and syntheses to help decision makers to drive business activity
  • Cross - reference data from the sales force, market studies (internal and external) and marketing in order to have a comprehensive overall understanding of the business
  • Communicates objective feedback, proposes adjustment to key stakeholders (GM, Sales, Supply, Finance) and validates the sales forecasts, lead the sales forecast monthly meeting
  • Communication with clients for ad hoc requests for promotional plan
  • Build budget and trends for sell in / out per client
  • Responsible for specific P&L accounts: benefits and returns

 

You have…

  • 2-3 years Marketing &/or Commercial / ecom experience preferably in FMCGs and Beauty Industry, ideally in a multinational environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or equivalent required. Master Equivalent or MBA would be a plus
  • Analytical and numerical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills 
  • Capability of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization
  • Customer centricity & creativity
  • Strong influencing & communication skills, in both Greek & English
  • Winning spirit and entrepreneurial attitude, curiosity and pride to create the "wow effect"
