Your mission...

As Online Shopper Excellence & E-Retail Activation Director, your mission is to maximize ROI across all e-commerce platforms, driving profitable growth for L'Oréal Luxe Division in the Nordics. You will achieve this by developing and implementing data-driven performance strategies, aligning online activities with brand goals for a cohesive and impactful online presence. Reporting to the Nordic Luxe CMO, you will be a key part of the Luxe CMO team.


You Will...

Strategic Planning & Analysis: Develop e-commerce strategies aligned with global guidelines and local nuances. Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and research industry trends.

E-commerce Management & Brand Influence: Drive e-commerce activation and implement best-in-class online experiences across all platforms. Influencing Brand strategy for lower-funnel media to drive conversions and maximizing ROI based on performance and market insights. 

Performance Optimization: Recommend data-driven e-commerce optimizations and budget allocation, driving continuous performance improvement through monitoring and recommendations.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Develop the E-commerce Excellence Team, fostering collaboration and driving innovation. Own e-commerce upskilling for the business division.

We seek a strategic and data-driven e-commerce leader with a passion for luxury beauty and a deep understanding of the online landscape. The ideal candidate blends analytical skills, creative thinking, and strong communication to thrive in online retail.

  • Proven E-commerce Expertise: 5+ years managing and growing e-commerce businesses, preferably in luxury/beauty. Strong understanding of D2C, 3P, e-retail, and online merchandising/UX.
  • Strategic Thinking & Road mapping: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies, roadmaps, and objectives.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven success building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Leadership & Management: Strong track record of leading, motivating, and developing talent in a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
  • Analytical Acumen: Data-driven mindset with proven ability to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies.
  • Passion for Beauty: Genuine interest in the beauty industry and ideally a deep understanding of luxury brands and consumer behavior.
