We are looking for a structured, energetic and passionate profile who wants to strengthen our brands visibility in a rapid changing and fast moving market. 
As In-Store Activation Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with several of the world’s biggest and well-known brands in the industry.
Your role is to lead the creation of POS (Point Of Sales) material locally and ensure efficient communication and visibility for our brands in line with our strategy. You will be close to the field needs and trends and act as a link between the Brand, Commercial and Field Force Team.  

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage in store communication and visibility for the brands and ensure efficient point of sales (POS) process between stakeholders
  • Lead the creation of POS material answering the marketing plan needs
  • Be close to the field needs and trends 
  • Manage external suppliers: designers, production teams
  • Drives the brand message for launches and promotions according to the business plan
  • For launches, ensure new products are given the right visibility
  • Adapt and execute locally the Nordic marketing strategy 
  • Develops necessary tools  to manage and optimize the in-store elements flow, timelines and efficiency analysis
Your Profile:
  • You are passionate, energeticand dedicated to achieve results. 
  • You have a Master’s degree.
