We’re looking for a driven Marketing Manager to join our Canadian team to manage the Protect & Prevent portfolio, including the #1 Vitamin C Serum recommended by Canadian Dermatologists. A Day in the life
As a Marketing Manager focused on the Protect & Prevent portfolio at SkinCeuticals, you'll play a key role in driving growth for our renowned antioxidant and sunscreen lines. Working in both B2B and B2C channels, you will engage with a network of over 800 medical aesthetic clinics and doctors across Canada, as well as directly with consumers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop one’s product, market and consumer expertise and knowledge of one’s organization.
- Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management.
- Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue.
- Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
- Adapt the communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale).
- Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy; meet the deadlines.
- Make recommendations to management on the category based on one’s expertise of the consumer, market, and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.).
- Effectively prepare clear messages for the senior management.
- Develop one’s knowledge of the L’Oreal organization, get to know the culture, develop one’s expertise in marketing, project management, operational excellence with one’s manager and team support.
- Specific to selective divisions:
- Own the brand patrimony, guarantee the brand identity: ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 1-2 years of pertinent experience
- Analytical spirit with good knowledge of Office 365
- Excellent communication skills
- Extremely well organized
- Initiative and team spirit, ability to work under pressure
- Autonomy, agility, and the ability of managing several projects at the same time
