As the Marketing Manager you will:

  • Build excellent knowledge of the product category and the market (competition, market shares, products, etc.) so as to successfully organize launches of the Brand's products.
  • Be responsible for planning all events surrounding launches and special promos.
  • Participate to the plan of launches 360 (PLV, events and launch books)
  • Control of Budget and promo inventories.
  • Responsible for the forecasting and be the most accurate possible.
  • Analyze results and do the appropriate recommendations. Prepare appropriate plans of action accordingly, always focusing on customers.
  • Respect deadlines with perfect execution.
  • Collaborate with both local division teams and international
  • Present results and detail the analysis.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or in a relevant field (International trade, Management, economics, etc.)
• About  3 years of experience in marketing
• Knowledge of the skincare market and their distribution channels,

• Experience in Public relations and/or Digital Communication a definite asset.
• Excellent capacity of analysis.
• Ability to control, manage and understand the P&L and Good knowledge of "Sales fundamentals »
• Excellent listening , communications and  presentation skills bilingualism as asset.
