As a Marketing Controller Manager you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing advertising and promotional (A&P) budgets for our divisions. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure financial efficiency and strategic alignment.


Your responsibilities will include...

  • Budget Management: Oversee and control A&P budgets, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and financial targets.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide detailed analysis of marketing spend, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize investments.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Lead monthly forecasting and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Process Improvement: Drive efficiency in financial processes and tools, ensuring best practices in A&P management.


You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven min. 5 years of experience as a Brand Controller Manager or Marketing Controller Manager, with expertise in A&P management.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
