POSITION: eCommerce Manager

LOCATION: St. Petersburg, Florida (SalonCentric National Operations Center)

 

SUMMARY:

The eCommerce Manager directly influences omni-digital revenue & profitability by managing 3rd party vendors used to enhance various aspects of site and app. This role will drive SEO, SEM, merchandising and marketing strategy & execution for key initiatives. Responsible for briefing and managing digital assets with internal creative team which support Omni-Channel digital priorities. Cross functional collaboration is critical to this role in ensuring the vision of all key stakeholders is achieved, while also driving the best possible customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, comfortable working in a dynamic & fast-paced environment and has an Omni-channel mindset.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages requests, deliverables and execution for SalonCentric branded digital assets
  • Responsible for managing full landing page directory including landing pages executed by cross functional teams
  • Develop/maintain standard business operating landing pages
  • Accountable for monthly Omni-Digital briefs, banners and digital catalog execution
  • Manage a wide range of third-party vendors which enhance the SalonCentric site and customer experience
  • Develop and implement on-page optimizations and recommendations
  • Perform in-depth site audits and create recommendations around structured data, href lang tags, robots.txt, XML and HTML sitemaps, site hierarchy, internal linking, canonical tagging, redirect best practices, etc.
  • Ensures customer personalization is top priority in product recommendation carousels, A/B testing and optimization
  • Leads FAQ task force to ensure most relevant answers are readily available and frequently updated
  • Collaborate on initiatives to boost product reviews, enhancements for internal search, and dynamic sorting rules
  • Work with Performance Marketing Manager to evaluate site & app performance metrics and provide data driven recommendations for changes needed

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in SalesForce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics, is a plus
  • Previous experience with SEO, landing pages and third-party vendor management is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related fields preferred
