Job Title: Manager – Integrated Health

Brands: CeraVe & La Roche-Posay

Location: Field based

The Integrated Health section of Active Cosmetics (ACD)  drives business for CeraVe and La Roche-Posay by identifying opportunities at key retailers to connect the pharmacy and/or clinic to the front of store.  This connection is made by the development of programs that educate pharmacy teams and inspire an adjunctive therapy recommendation.  Integrated Health also works with large regional and national dermatology groups like Forefront Dermatology and Schweiger Dermatology to identify opportunities and build partnerships. The department also works with hospital groups, medical systems, and group purchasing organizations to build programs that ensure the use of CeraVe and La Roche-Posay in clinical settings. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pharmacy stakeholder relationship management: work with key stakeholders at major retailers (CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc.) and wholesalers (Cardinal, McKesson, Amerisource Bergen) to develop relationships and identify needs-based solutions
  • Monitor the role of the pharmacist/clinician and how it is evolving at each key retailer
  • Development of activation programs: work with Integrated Health director to develop pharmacy and clinic programs that activate pharmacist and/or practitioner programs that activate pharmacist recommendation around eczema, sun protection, acne, and winter skin
    • Secure internal tools (i.e. samples) to build into program
    • Develop education/marketing material for programs
    • Open POs
    • Budget Management
    • Measure ROI on activation programs
  • Work with Integrated Health director to expand distribution in the specialty pharmacy space
  • Work with Integrated Health director on ongoing strategy to access and impact the independent community pharmacist
  • Monitor and engage with evolving digital opportunities around pharmacist recommendation and telemedicine
  • Ad development: creation of advertising content in key pharmacy publications (i.e. Pharmacy Times, Chain Drug Review, Drug Store News)
  • Monitor competitors’ activity at key retailers
  • Large Dermatology Groups: work with the L’Oreal Derm team to identify opportunities to partner with large derm groups (50 locations or more) at the corporate level
    • Develop co-branded content to facilitate an HCP recommendation
  • Medical Systems/GPOs: seek to understand the role CeraVe and La Roche-Posay can play in the long-term care/nursing home/hospital space and develop programs to expand distribution in this class of trade

 

Job Requirements:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years of experience
  • Marketing related experience is desired, but not required
