Local Chief Growth Officer - Luxury Products Division

As a Local Chief Growth Officer, you will lead:
Local Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute a winning local Luxe growth strategy, driving significant expansion across all retailers and categories in alignment with BU GMs and Country GM.
- Define specific, measurable, achievable, topline and customer contribution targets by account and channel based on the global/zone framework.
- Proactively identify and analyze potential threats and opportunities, including, to maintain a competitive edge and ensure long-term success.
Retailer Management
- Lead local Business planning and transformation roadmap.
- Lead and manage relationships with key retailers, acting as the primary escalation point for all commercial matters
- Oversee the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and trade negotiations with key retailers, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and optimal commercial terms.
- Monitor and analyze market share performance across all categories, channels, and retailers, identifying areas for growth and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Growth teams animation
- Lead and animate local RGM and Business Planning teams, ensuring the effective deployment of projects within the country and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Own the full view of the local Luxe P&L from account inputs, demonstrating accountability for the overall financial performance of the Luxe division within the country.
- Collaborate with Multi-Divisional teams on common enablers (including RGM, Business Planning, and Category Management), and to ensure alignment on common customers.
You have…
- Commercial expertise with proven experience in brand portfolio management, P&L management, and business relationship management within the luxury goods sector.
- Strategic thinking, critical analysis, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in strategic road mapping and identifying transformation opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of the luxury consumer.
- Excellent command of Greek & English Language (written & verbal).
