We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Live Streaming Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a crucial role responsible for driving Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth through strategic sales phasing, effective streamer management, and data-driven optimization. You will be at the forefront of our live commerce initiatives, leading and inspiring a team of talented live streamers to reach new heights.

Your Mission:

  • GMV Champion: Own and exceed GMV targets through strategic planning, real-time performance monitoring, and continuous optimization of live stream content and strategies. You'll be the driving force behind our revenue growth in the exciting live commerce space.
  • Sales Phasing Architect: Develop and implement innovative sales phasing strategies to maximize conversions and drive sales momentum throughout each live stream. Your analytical skills will be key in identifying trends, predicting customer behavior, and creating compelling offers.
  • Streamer Mentor & Coach: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of live streamers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their performance and maximize their sales potential. You'll foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Data Guru: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to optimize live stream performance. You'll be comfortable working with data and using it to inform your decisions.
  • Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitor activities in the live commerce landscape. You'll bring innovative ideas to the table and ensure our live streams remain cutting-edge.
  • Collaboration Catalyst: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of live stream strategies and achieve overall business objectives.

  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving revenue targets, preferably within the e-commerce or live streaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of live commerce best practices and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools for live streaming and data analysis.
