 The Active Cosmetics Division  has enjoyed double digit growth for 10 years and now contributes 12% of L'Oréal UKI numbers, consistently delivering 50%+ contribution to growth over the last 3 years. In 2020 we are currently the only division in the UK and in Europe who can boast performance of +24% to budget year to date and +39% year on year. All this has not happened by luck alone, we were already tracking considerably ahead on our e-commerce participation (was 28% in 2019) which gave us the springboard to rocket this channel way beyond our target when COVID hit (currently tracking at 50% year to date). The good news doesn’t stop there, we were the only brands to keep promotional activity on sun in Boots and our Superdrug store distribution has continued to expand even during lockdown enabling positive performance despite very challenging circumstances We are obsessed about the integrity of our brands which are  co-developed, recommended and prescribed by health professionals, including dermatologists, paediatricians and cosmetic doctors around the world. There is plenty of further opportunity to grow through unlocking new consumers and new distribution, but the long-term success of our brands will come from doing this carefully, maintaining our category approach.


Medical Business Administrator & Analyst - Active Cosmetics Division


Manage, administer and optimize the operation of the medical team. The business administrator and analyst is responsible for reporting, monitoring and analysing the activities delivered by the medical team. This include health care professional visits and events as well as defining the targets and reach of doctors and health care professionals in the UK and Ireland. The role will also support the planning and development of data to be presented to the rest of the division team and senior management.


YOU WILL...

Deployment and Administration of CRM / CLM Tools for Medical Detailing (Veeva):

Customers data management: Users management; profiles, roles, validation rules, etc.
Territory Management - Territory alignment and target assignment to users
Loading data via Data loader - template (accounts, users, product catalog)
Help with the creation of cycle plans (data extraction, loading of the multi-channel cycle plans)
Creation of Surveys and Advanced Coaching Report
Control administrative procedures compliance
Creating reports and dashboards

Medical Relations and Detailing Effectiveness:

Monitor data analysis, sales data and sales activities to support and measure the impact of the Medical Team and contribution to the division business performance.
Coordinate data sources from third party data providers to monitor the recommendations by health care professionals for La Roche-Posay, CeraVe and Vichy in UK and Ireland.
Liaise with the Medical leadership team to identify opportunities for increased focus on medical activities that deliver optimum business outputs
Develop and drive Segmentation & Targeting based on sources of appropriate data. Adapt the segmentation to balance investments and geographical needs for each business unit
Monitor data analysis to optimize ROI of sales team / marketing action plan
Analise NHS prescription data to update the team on market performance in dermatology NHS prescription spent.

YOU HAVE...

University degree in business or science
Sales Force Excellence qualification desirable
Ideally a minimum 1 or 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry or experience in pharma medical sales is desirable
In-depth knowledge of administrating a CRM reporting systems preferably Veeva CRM
Organization, multi-tasking and project management skills
High level of computer literacy with in-depth knowledge and efficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential; experience with databases and managing business software.
Experience of working as part of cross-functional teams
High customer-centricity and business acumen with ability to manage multiple projects with precision and accuracy in a very fast-paced environment
Strong communication, presentation skills and project execution skills are essential
