HRIS and Benefits Analyst - Retail

L’Oreal is looking for a pro-active and motivated individual to join the HR Retail team as HRIS and Benefits Analyst. In this role, you will report into the Luxe HR Director, and be a key member of the HR Retail team.

 You will ensure the correct running of systems and be a key actor in the development and deployment of new and innovative solutions.  You will also work closely with the wider HRIS team, feeding into transversal HR tech projects being conducted at a total L’Oreal UK & Ireland level.

You will actively participate in the development of a relevant and engaging benefits offer for Retail employees in partnership with the Reward team.



Be responsible for the day-to-day management of existing HRIS systems (SAPHR, ResourceLink, Tamigo...) by:

·Maintaining the background of existing HRIS systems and modules, in line with any developments.
·Conducting cyclical activities including interfacing, payment calculations, access-rights controls, data integrity
·Upskilling end-users on the effective use of HRIS systems.
·Addressing end-user support cases. Troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a timely manner and with a consumer-centric approach.

·You will partner with the Retail Analyst to develop and implement solutions that enable HR data-driven decision-making, as well as developing any required system reports.


Actively contribute to the deployment of  developments and new systems:

·Identifying opportunities to simplify processes and restructure data in line with the target operating model. Define the project implementation plan, test the solution, and drive change management (training, user support and communication), in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.
·Acting as a Retail subject matter expert when implementing new systems and solutions such as the new Retail employee app

Work in close collaboration with the Reward team to:

·Design and develop a competitive and compelling Benefits offer, adapted to the needs of Retail employees
·Communicate policies and processes effectively to HR, managers and employees
