As the L’OREAL LUXE CLIENT LEAD for Pure Players you are responsible for
driving the Strategy and Sales for my Retailer at Division Level. You will work
very closely with Division Pure Player team, Brand E-NAM and the Division
Commercial team to adapt the strategy to the needs of my Retailers.
YOU WILL...
•Client
Lead for Luxe Pure Players, on behalf of all Brands in the Division; build
credible and collaborative relationship with partners;
•Drive
daily account activities, aiding Brand E-NAMs;
•Work
with Brand E-NAMS to build and manage Pure Player budgets and forecast;
•Drive
sell-in & sell-out, profitability and e-trade activities with E-NAMs for
the division;
•Co-develop
and execute E-Business Plans with Brand E-NAMs; lead E-NAMs to maximize all
available resources to achieve the set commercial goals;
•Provide
analysis of Pure Players at Luxe Division level; identify risks and
opportunities and build contingency plans where necessary;
•Lead
and propose Luxe Division trade term for Pure Players when necessary, by
working closely with Brand, Finance, and Commercial team;
•Lead
Pure Player tribe in Luxe Division; ensure that there is a hub of client
knowledge shared regularly;
•Organize
regular performance review with key Pure Players and Brand teams to track
E-Business Plan progress; support Brand teams to get fair share of brand voice,
exposure support, and market share from key Pure Players

•Educated to degree level
•Highly numerate – strong analytically
•Strong negotiator & look for a
win-win opportunities with our retail partners
•Highly organized with prioritization
skills.
•Experienced in a premium or retail
environment and can demonstrate commercial knowledge of market levers.
