What are we looking for?

As a Payment Service Provider Manager at L'Oreal, you will be responsible of (but not limited to) the following:

  • Implement and refine tools to get a clear picture of the transaction flow
  • Track important KPI in dashboards with regular report outs on the health
  • Standardize and harmonize posture and tools on screening for fraud.
  • Optimize processes, reduce transactional costs, and build KPI cockpit
  • Find new opportunities and ensure retention of results.
  • Stabilize the landscape, relationship, and maintenance of card acceptance process.
  • Stabilize newly implemented payment types and streamline onboarding.
  • Help business evaluate and implement new payment methods and increase presence in myriad marketplaces.
  • Actively convert manual processes to automatic and evaluate manual work for its necessity. Mobilize informal network to move topics forward.
  • Support and formalize processes for Fraud and Security
  • Evaluate processes for harmonization of procedures, tools, and timelines
  • Recommend and prioritize changes as necessary

The ideal candidate should have/ be:

  • Required Finance education and/ or relevant experience in Business Management
  • Treasury background, focused on e-Comm, and compliance
  • Solid background in fraud risk, managing contracts with Visa/ Mastercard/ WeChat/ PSPs and/ or banks of platforms across region
  • Experience in payment services on brand dot com
  • Able to carry out negotiations with banks and PSPs, must be hands-on
  • Familiar with Ecommerce space, consumer consumption and habits
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Curious, audit mindset and profile
  • Sensitive to business needs
  • Clear and effective communication skills
