The Retail Competency Centre is the global team responsible for the group strategy and direction of retail solutions in our stores (boutiques and counters). We provide technical tools to enable the growth of our business and support the needs of our end users. From capturing customer information, the sale on the POS to the Traffic Data and Stock management systems, we design and build tools to support L’Oréal.

Main missions and responsibilities:

  1. Support the Global IT Retail Service Delivery Manager in building the L’Oréal Retail Solution - namely MARS - Lifecycle and Delivery Strategy

  2. Assist in the delivery of KPI and Dashboard to measure L’Oréal Retail services performances

  3. Assist in the delivery of Global Retail Projects in relation with MARS, Global POS Retail Solution in 36 Countries.

  4. Work and develop Retail Processes to support the projects

  5. Build a solid technical skillset to support Retail needs

  6. Implement Projects with a focus on Change Management 

What you will learn from this internship:

Your Profile:

  • BAC+4 or BAC+5 from an engineering school
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and CEGID Y2 is a huge plus
  • Knowledge in application, process mapping, following a project plan, support, etc.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Desire to work in a technical and business environment
  • Service oriented and a passion for customer satisfaction
  • Proactive, and likes to take initiatives
  • Quick learner, problem-solver and autonomous
