[Job Summary]

To increase company sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging global brand positioning and category penetration.
  • Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives 
  • Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programmes, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets 
  • Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programmes with marketing and commercial departments
  • Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team 
  • Fosters collaboration between brands and sales to ensure consistent category vision and alignment
  • Develop deep customer knowledge on supply rules and policy, timelines, stock equation…
  • Identify opportunity area by leveraging shopper and customer data to maximize exposure and efficiency 


[Qualification & Preferred]
  • University graduate
  • +4 ~ 8 years’ experience
  • At least 4 years’ experience in the beauty industry or FMCG industry preferred
  • Fluent in both Korean
  • Intermediate level in English
  • Computer skill proficiency : MS PPT, Excel, Word
