[L'oreal Korea] (Sr.) CRM & Data Specialist - PPD Digital Transformation team
[JOB SUMMARY]
As a member of digital transformation team of Professional Product Division with hair care and color brands- Kerastase and Loreal Professional Paris, CRM and Data specialist will build the division’s CRM business and technical foundation by analyzing customer data, designing and implementing CRM solutions to engage, retain, upsell & recruit consumers. Manage and enhance data analytics tools to contribute the division’s business growth.
[CORE WORK ACTIVITIES]
1. Manage, analyze and optimize the local CRM Data
- Manage the local CRM data (Volume, CLV, AOV)
- Analyze the customer data, optimize the visualization and structure the data strategy before CRM
- Ensure the existing database is optimized/segmented effectively for data migration to global CRM solution
2. Build CRM business and technical foundation with working closely with regional/ local IT and brand team.
- Design the business process based on the Kerastase’s CRM program and consumer journey with brand team.
- Partner with IT team on designing front and back-end process of CRM program journey online
- Ensures on-time delivery on the process of design, develop, validation and test through each module of CRM solutions by driving collaboration with regional and local IT teams
- Run CRM solution as a product owner after the adoption.
3. Manage and enhance data analytic tool and reporting
- Manage and enhance POWER BI driven professional salon big data analytics tools (Loreal Professional Paris and Kerastase)

- Experience on implementing data or CRM project (Project management skill)
- Analytical and strong problem-solving skills and develop proactively effective solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively among a diverse related function and teams.
- Work with a spirit of enthusiasm, teamwork, and cooperation
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- University graduate
- 5+ years of progressive experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and POWER BI
