[L'oreal Korea] Luxe Div. Finance Controller

[JOB Summary]

• Participate in drafting financial plans, Budget and Trend. 
• Produce financial reports considering P&L closing, including sales, headcount, and all related expenses. 
• Track the consistency between budgetary targets and business flow to propose the right direction to Sales/MKT.
• Undertake cost analyses to detect risks and Identify business opportunities to optimize resource allocation.
• Track ROI of Advertising and Promotion costs, especially spending related to digital activity.
• Validate Sales Forecast data to ensure sales targets and proper stock management. 
• Implement good Internal Control practices within his/her area of activity.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: University graduate (Accounting, Finance, or any relevant Business/Finance major preferred)
• Years of experience: Min. 5 years in Financial Planning / FP&A solid experience
• Specific Career Experience 
  • Min. 5 years experience in the cosmetic/F&B industry or e-commerce industry like social commerce/open market as a business controller
  • Must showcase advanced-level the MS Excel
  • SAP experience preferred
• Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
