Job Title: E-Key Account Manager - Kérastase / Professional Products Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Build, manage and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.


Develop Ecommerce strategic roadmap aligned with brand’s objectives.

  • Plan & execute online strategy for each channel(preferred with NAVER, KAKAO experiences) and  identify new ecommerce market trends and capture opportunities in online.
  • Strengthen and reinforce brand awareness by enhancing brand’s visibility and improving sales performance and developing premium brand equity and experience.

Optimize sales performance through data analysis and online products placement management while optimizing customer experience. 

  • Drive sales with execution of platform optimized strategy and manage Key KPIs in sales.
  • Drive business results through define and implement Go to Market strategy based on analytical data.
  • Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
  • Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, risks and business opportunities.

Closely work with other stakeholders(Marketing, Digital, IT, Sales, CCC) to drive sales & ensure profitability and growth of the E-commerce business.

  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements with Ecommerce partners.
  • Provide feedback as necessary to involved stakeholders (such as Marketing, Digital, Media etc.) 
  • Handle specific sales events and any e-joint business project support.
  • Localize and update the asset with agency and cascade to each channel.


QUALIFICATION:

  • University graduate
  • +4~9years
  • E-Commerce Background or relevant EC area
  • Preferred work in beauty industry & luxury brand experience is plus 
  • Preferred in handling channel diversity
  • Preferred in dealing with Ecommerce & channel partners 
  • Intermediate in English
  • Proficient with Excel
