[L'oreal Korea] E-Commerce Specialist - LD Lancome ECOM Team
[Job Summary]
- Build a strong strategy for Lancome Korea’s E-boutique (own official mall)
- Execute strategy with operational excellence
- Execute transaction media strategy: Brand search, display AD on social and other channels
- Familiar with the E-commerce environment in the local market
- Works closely with local stakeholders (MKT/PR, Offline team, Training) including Loreal IT team, outside agency as well as Loreal regional IT team
[Principal duties and responsibilities]
- Being aware of E-boutique’s vision of the year, and pre-plan for the next 3-4 months’ activities with respect with the brand model, brand growth in E-commerce in line with the brand’s identity and objectives
- Drive E-boutique’s sales and ensure profitability
- Accurate daily sales forecasting with a clear activation plan in collaboration with relevant teams (MKT, PR)
- Monitor daily performance, exposure and product assortment, and daily stock availability. Coordinate stock condition with related internal stakeholders
- Coordination of product catalog and content management update
- Plan monthly transaction media for E-boutique and monitor daily/weekly AD’s results of each channel & the contents
- Work closely with back-office team (CS, logistics, finance, and IT team) for daily operation especially when an error occurs, finding the route cause, follow-up work, and communication is the duties
- In charge of E-boutique’s various projects: Front design & function update in 2022 / New service implement in E-boutique
[Qualification]
- University graduate
- 5 + years
- Beauty, FMCG, Ecommerce, Digital, Digital marketing
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Computer skill proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word
