[JOB SUMMARY]
Orchestrate the animation, launch, and push the growth of pillar products with well understanding of market and consumer expertise to contribute to growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.

[CORE WORK ACTIVITIES] 
Product marketing (50%)
  • Collect and analyses consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management 
  • Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products, and animate core catalog 
  • Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences 
  • Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale) 
  • Mobilize and work with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy
  • Ensure sales forecast accuracy 

Animation (50%) –Department Offline & Online, other channels with O2O synergy
  • Analysis Live Commerce, emerging and potential new market activities. Planning a winning commerce structure, promotion, event, etc for brand
  • Develop and support special and sustain animation concept and material, lead to being an excellent e-commerce player brand with related parties. 
  • Develop and execute CRM activities to recruit customers for On & Offline channels, O2O synergy (Membership, VIP reward program, Recruitment program) under the strategic approach 
  • Develop and execute VIP Beauty classes (Sales drive or Brand engagement model) with related parties.


[QUALIFICATIONS]
  • University graduate
  • 3~5 years of experience
  • More than 1 year of product management or related experience in the cosmetic industry, preferred in luxury brands. 
  • Strong project(IMC/360/Digital/Retail) management/drive with entrepreneurship
  • Prefer Trade Marketing experience 
  • Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PT, Video editing, Short filming, SNS management
