- Training and Education on medical terminologies, concepts and pathologies all relevant to dermatological products
- To foster and drive efficiently the sell-out through ensuring the best technical mastery of brand products in stores and medical practices, implementing international frameworks
- Impersonate and transmit brand values to the distribution
- Train the teams on new modules, engage sales & marketing teams around education - Keep an eye on competition and report qualitative feedback from the field as well as utilising insights from medical
- Develop the country’s training program, in line with the marketing plan and ensure medicalisation across all levels within LDB
- Ensure development of expertise and know-how - support teams on leveraging knowledge (via training) to deal with all KOL's, medical fraternity and key stakeholders

- Knowledge of various pathologies in the medical industry (Ideally focused on dermatology)
- Defines local education strategy, in line with local LDB / Brand activation strategy and global LDB/ Brand education strategy.
- Animates, Develops all relevant material for internal teams.
- Deploys global or personalized education programs for clients and collaborators. These programs can include face to face, events and digital
