? Reporting to the Business Intelligence & Planning Manager, to ensure Division business building accuracy by following and challenging the Sales Manager on sales monthly forecasts, baseline promotions, and launches.
? Aggregate the total sales forecasts in units and consolidated sales, then analyze all available facts and figures to identify potential gaps and opportunities.
? Communicate objective feedback, propose adjustments to key stakeholders (GM, Sales, Supply, Finance), and validate the sales forecasts.
? Support the opening and closing of POS, including contractual aspects
? Managing the Contract within Salon Channel to ensure the investment level monitoring and the process implementation.
? To design the sales Incentive Scheme that motivates the business partner to deliver the sales target and aligns with the brand direction.
? Monitoring the sales key KPI progress.
? Support on market data collection.
