KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES 




Drive data-driven NOA POE media (Paid, Owned and Earned) planning and execution by actively providing support and inspiration through framework and guideline of strategic media usage (online + offline, including transactional media and influencers) in Japan market leveraging global learning and in-depth analysis with media agencies.

  • Strongly contribute to media ROI improvement of NOA by managing service quality, relationship, and negotiation with media agencies and JBP partners (e.g., Google, Meta, Twitter, Line, Bitedance, @Cosme, Lips etc.) for media planning and buying performance and governance, data alliance, clarity in contracts and remuneration.
  • Enrich collective knowledge of NOA across divisions and brands to continuously improve our media planning and buying quality thus performance through success case sharing with meaningful conceptualization, timely reporting, and process installation in NOA organization. Always monitor media situations and competitors' activities in the market and regularly report them to key stakeholders and related parties so that NOA can learn and react in a timely manner.
  • Continuously search opportunity in internal and external new digital tools and introduce useful ones to NOA to drive digital transformation with data-driven mindset.
  • Actively grow digital / media talents of NOA and the team by continuously provides support and inspiration thorough periodical communication, timely feedback, and OJT
PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES 
MUST-HAVE 
More than 7-year experience of:
  • HANDS-ON experience in actual using following media and ad tools to handle executions in person in the past execution: GA, DV360, Google Ads, GTM, Facebook Business Manager etc.
  • HANDS-ON experience in leveraging social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LINE, YouTube, TikTok etc.) and influencers to drive BtoC business result
  • HANDS-ON experience in leading IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) strategy and a holistic media campaign via digital medial including influencers
  • Logical & persuasive communication & presentation skills both in Japanese and English to drive business result in a large-scale organization of a global company
  • Strong analytics capability for data-driven marketing by working internal & external teams
  • Business-owner mindset to drive business result with passion by actively supporting, inspiring and engaging divisions and brand teams rather than waiting for requests and directions
  • Organizational agility understanding how to influence divisions and brand teams to drive business result indirectly but efficiently and engagingly
  • Business level English
