Key Job Accountabilities / 主要職務
- To ensure the controlling of one (or two) brand(s)
- Build with the Division controller the plan, budget and trends for the brand(s)
- Check the correct allocation of expenses by analyzing consistency between budget trends and actions taken by the managers. Ensure expenditures follow up
- Challenge managers in order to optimize costs and efficiency of activities (e.g. marketing costs, purchase of products & services, value analysis.)
- Produce monthly reporting and KPIs within his/her area of responsibility
- Validate accruals as well as prepaid expenses
Must Have Aspects / 必須項目
- Accounting / Controlling knowledge /skills
- Software management (ERP like SAP, and other finance reporting tools)
- Minimum 3 years experiences in finance or related area
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualification / 希望項目
- FP&A experience in FMCG or Retail industry
- Experience in finance services (Investment banking, Securities, accounting firms etc)
