Our L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division (LDB) is seeking a talented Influencer & PR Digital Manager to join our Digital team and manage influencer and PR initiatives for La Roche-Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, and SkinCeuticals. 


Your main mission: Translate brand business goals into actionable Influencer, Medical Influencer & PR strategies, seamlessly integrating influencer campaigns within the holistic digital ecosystem, including influencers media boosting management. Continuously analyze campaigns' impact on brand positioning and market share. 


About the Role: In this role, you will be a key player in translating Brand needs and goals to Influencer and PR campaigns. You will work closely with Brand and Digital Managers to seamlessly integrate influencer-generated content into our broader digital media strategy and collaborate with agencies to amplify the reach of influencer campaigns through paid media. You will also play a vital role in managing and nurturing relationships with key Medical Influencers and PR contacts. 


YOU WILL: 

           Influencers & Medical Influencers 

  • Coordinate influencers and medical influencers campaigns execution, including communication with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate closely with Social Brand Managers and Digital Managers to ensure seamless integration of influencer content into the overall social media strategy, including influencers media boosting management 
  • Work with agencies to amplify influencer-generated content through strategic paid media campaigns, maximizing reach and impact. 
  • Create Medical Influencer Strategy for LDB Brands 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts  
  • Manage the execution of Medical Influencer Strategy 
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer and medical influencers campaigns 
  • Prepare regular reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of influencer/medical influencer marketing activities and their impact on brand objectives. 

    PR communication 

  • Prepare PR communication for all brands  
  • Define and pilot the editorial and event plan for the division and the brands 
  • Owns relationships with PR third parties (journalists, ...) and acts as the voice of the division  and the brands 
  • Organizes brand events (in cooperation with agencies), plans and manages PR budget 
  • Develop corporate communication with brands on all media (brands initiatives, people, CSR) 
  • Anticipate, identify, and strategize sensitive topics for the division and the brands with the consumer care and communication department. 
  • Manage and coordinate crisis situations, develop and implement crisis communication process with corporate communication and legal team ensuring their implementation and efficiency. 


YOU ARE THE ONE IF YOU: 

  • Have min 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital media or PR. 
  • Proven track record of developing, executing and evaluating successful influencer campaigns. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) with focus on media amplification of influencers content. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with different stakeholders including agencies, medical influencers, journalists etc. 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. 
  • Have data analytics skills and understanding of Influencer Marketing KPIs 
  • Experience in copywriting, editing, proofreading is a plus 
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a keen understanding of current trends. 
  • Are native Czech speaker and fluent in English
