NEO is a major Group worldwide program decided by the Executive Committee – that will create common, simplified, and harmonized ways of working that will enable us to operate cross-métier processes in our plants, Countries, Zones & Divisions.

By optimizing processes among divisions, NEO will allow us to support our go-to-market initiatives in a more consumer centric and agile fashion, while improving the user experience and workloads for our teams.
