You
Will
- Lead and develop media planning strategy both offline and online for the business unit.
- Measure media investment, performance and KPIs across categories to achieve market best in return on media spending.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the Company i.e. Brand Marketing, Commercial and ECommerce marketing digital ecosystem and external media partners
- Monitor digital performance and consumer engagement
- Maintain understanding of the latest media opportunities and trends in consumer interaction and inspire the teams with those possibilities
- Build audience segmentation according to brand persona
- Identify all the touch points encountered by consumers, their operational purpose and their role in the consumer experience
- Use analytics to track and understand the consumer experience across channels
- Assess each touch point’s effectiveness in terms of achieving its intended purpose against both business and consumer experience objectives.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses Develop, publish, and implement an action plan to correct each identified weakness in line with involved departments
- Bring innovation and is always forefront of the new media frontiers and experimentation: precision advertising
You Have
- 7 -10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media Planner or any related roles
- Work well under fast moving environment. Experience in FMCG would be advantage
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple business partners within and outside the organization
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English communication, presentation and written skills
