Key Job Accountabilities & Goals:

ü  Accompany zone IT management/leadership team to implement changes. Anticipate future organization and workforce planning, drive awareness, engagement and commitment of teams and individuals impacted

ü  Partner with global Agile expert to roll out Agile methodology and measure implementation in IT teams.

ü  Be in charge of Pulse Survey of IT team in the two zones, drive Pulse survey action plan and deployment, ensure continuous improvement of Pulse result; Partner with IT management team to build action plan for IT perspective results from Pulse result

ü  Partner with HRD and talent managers to push talent development proposals. Promote Talent Development / MAP to grow individuals and build future leaders from:

²  Ensure a close follow-up of talents, know them and listen to them.

²  Attract, select and identify talent, and direct career management and succession plans alongside the HRD in order to develop the motivation and commitment of talent, to reinforce retention and to ensure optimization of skills within IT function.

ü  Build strong partnerships with key business players to ensure that the best talents are integrated into the team.

ü  Be HR contact person being in the location.
