  • Develop and design Go To Market plans of Consumer Products Division to empower the growth plan and determine developmental areas to improve the P&L regarding profit to serve and cost to serve approaches
  • Deeply analyze the Customer Market Data, develop and drive strategies collaborating with sales and business development to improve the market share in Customer
  • Lead the Channel Development & Transformation Projects for effective & efficient operation both offline and online channels (Time & motion studies, segmentation, cost to serve analysis, Geocoding & Routing, call & delivery frequencies, alternative GTM strategies, execution guidelines&tools, In store execution tracking, KPI tracking (scorecards & dashboards),
  • Design the Customer & Store Segmentation methodology and algorithm for the future decisions both online and offline. Execute store segmentation for each channel to define which stores should be invested regarding profit-to-serve approach, which stores should be served regarding cost-to-serve approach.
  • Develop optimum and effective portfolio optimization and penetration strategy of each category regarding Store Segmentation results and Customer coverage status
  • Lead the implementation of the right processes, IT systems, tools and automation and digitalization of all the commercial processes, tracking and scorecards.
  • Make RACI analysis for all the commercial functions and define the most effective and clear way of working diagrams cooperating with all related functions
  • Lead development of shopper and retailer insights based on O+O vision across the division, leveraging customer data analytic
  • Performing various analysis from syndicated data sources like Nielsen, Ipsos, external&internal data sets cooperating with CMI, Marketing, Commercial and retailers


  • 4 years’ university degree
  • Min. 7 years of experience in FMCG (Supplementary experience in Commercial roles)
  • Have a commercial drive (results & solution focused, flexible/adaptable)
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Advanced level of MS Office Applications
  • Good communication & Negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a group effectively
