Our Management Trainee Program is conducted for a high-potential graduate who is willing to progress both professionally and personally and who wants to develop further in management and leadership!
This program will guide you through different angles of business perspective with the main focus on Finance. It is based on department rotations within our company in order to prepare you for a successful and long-term career in L‘Oréal!
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- 18 months‘ rotation Finance, controlling, full understanding of P&L
- Sales strategy, commercial conditions with customers, listing, sales plan, promotional plan, promotional evaluation of activities, negotiation process, cooperation with sales force
- Brand marketing strategy from L’Oréal perspective
- Overview of ATL,BTL support for all brands
- New launches, realunches, plan of changes in portfolio of products, connection to plans, budgets
- Retail marketing strategy and support of L’Oréal brands
- Category management, assortment and deepness of distribution strategy and process
- Supply Chain, logistics, planning, forecasting, connection to sales plan and promo database
- Reporting on behalf of different departments
