You will...

• Develop and deliver engaging training content.
• Coach field teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards.
• Monitor field-level grooming, services, and presentation to ensure compliance.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of derma advisors, including conducting interviews.
• Develop innovative learning methodologies.

You have...

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Proven track record 3-5 years of working experiences managing scientific training for Executive/ Jr Manager or Fresh Graduates for officer level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
