Before starting … How do our recruitment process look like?

 

1°/ After applying to the offer by filling in your CV information.

2°/ If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview (individual one). The recruiter you will meet with will be getting to know you better, understand who you are and what are your professional aspirations.

3°/ Finally, if the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with the HRBP and the Hiring Manager! 

 

A Day In The Life:

 

As a  Field Coach you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be: 


  

Who You Are:


Rolls-out global or customized training programs for each store and/or staff member, in cooperation with the retail business manager or retail director/Head of Retail and Area Manager, which can include 1:1, digital, POS training:

• Develops beauty adviser knowledge and competencies in one to one using coaching approaches 

• Supports new BAs in on boarding phase 

• Animates a community of BA to foster learning 

• Participates to learning material /tools design and adaptation 

• Impersonates and transmits the values of the brand and service attitude 

• Stays up to date with competition knowledge ( products, learning methods, services, innovations) 

• Masters POS system, system affinity and experience


- Contributes to sell out & retail efficiency

• Follows up ROI of learning actions vs sell out and build on going improvement 

• Monitors budgets. 

• Directly contributes to the POS selling activity during peak periods 

• Contributes to improve sell out, providing regular feedbacks to Retail management teams

• Master brand identity and knows sense of purpose 

• Masters fundamental knowledge : products, categories, gestures, sales and service

• Elaborates service & retail education plans aligned with business priorities 

• Cooperates with 360° internal and external stakeholders guarantying a consistent customer experience 

• Pilots & monitors Retail Education's Efficiency DESIGNS,TRANSMITS & EMPOWER 

• Designs appropriate learning solutions for Customer Experience 

• Delivers & transmits Education Contents 

• Provides personalized follow-up & coaching 

• Animates learning communities with passion 


ELEVATES CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & SERVICE ATTITUDE 

• Fosters empathy 

• Knows customer profiles & transmits customer centricity 

• Continuously elevates services standards and POS execution according to brand specificities
