Within a dynamic and skilled team of 7 members, highly customer/product focused, you will evolve in an open-minded and international environment to deliver and support European Solutions for L’Oréal across countries of the zone under the direct responsibility of the Service Delivery Manager.
You will have to opportunity to interact actively with all the Data Domains (O+O, Finance, Operations, Sales, …) to capture their functional expectations and will rely on Enterprise Architecture, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure expertise centers to support you in your mission.

We can summarize your missions in 3 main objectives:
As Service Delivery Tech Lead, you will:
- Be the referent for RUN on all the technologies of the Europe data domain as GCP, Power BI and Microsoft BI and Tosca
- Coordinate the Data Engineer Run team in charge of the implementation of bugs or small enhancements on Use Cases
- Provide high level expertise for the several teams of support

Tech leader:
- Always respect the architecture and devops best practices Design on bug fixing developments
- Ensure the data engineer team uses appropriate engineering practices (Security, CI/CD, GDPR…)
- Is responsible of the technical quality and compliance with the technical frame of the delivery
- Upskill and onboard the data engineer team for RUN scope
Innovator
- Invests in continual improvements of the platform to meet the changing needs and environment - Innovation
- Actively involved in the Data Engineering community
Anticipator
- Understand and challenge the product owner needs to ensure the technical robustness
- Contribute to the scope and estimation process for each ticket or enhancements for Use Case

Requirements:
- Advanced degree in engineering or technical/scientific field of study
- 3/5+ years in Data Engineering (GCP Certification required)
Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to:
- Have the ability to lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions,
- Recognize & proven leadership in standard definition, architecture design & software development
- Demonstrate knowledge of enterprise-level business analytics, including data modeling, report and dashboard creation, data security, governance and compliance and testing processes
- Have experience in the full life cycle on data projects (from source to dataviz/dashboard to ML)
- Have significant track record with design, development, configuration and implementation of solutions based on GCP, Power BI, Looker & Microsoft BI (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS)
- Be aware of new IT innovations and development best practices
- Be problem anticipator & solver
- Have strong resilience and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Have team spirit with other Data Tech Lead: Share difficulties and ideas; solve problem together and find the best solutuions
And finally, you may not be an expert with all requirements listed below, however, you must show great curiosity in understanding the non-mastered technologies:
- Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer
- Power BI technical skills (M, DAX)
- Microsoft BI knowledge
