Job Title: Director - Revenue Growth Management

Reports to: SVP - Retail Sales

Location: New York, New York

Mission and defining characteristics:

  • Serve on the domestic RGM leadership team, driving towards our department mission and vision:
  • Deliver Profitable Growth (Deliver Accretive Net Price/Vol, Gross Margin Improvement, Drive Market Share) .
  • Proactive Solution Providers, Creative Profit Generators, Collaborative ‘Go To' Partners, Cross Functional Talent Developers

Main tasks:

Advanced Analytics

  • hands-on experience in advanced choice-based conjoint for pricing and assortment research in CPG industries
  • Multiple applications of conjoint data (i.e., simulator building, decision trees, multi-dimensional scaling maps)
  • Advanced knowledge of R and VBA is a plus
 

Enabler Development

  • Build intuitive Tools for broader organizational use and application.
  • Leverage visualization tools to dashboard and present data.

Functional Support

  • Create proactive reporting to ensure and avoid marketplace disruption.
  • Establish Omni Channel Pricing Guardrails
  • Leverage conjoint data to build pricing and portfolio strategies

Results Driver

  • Collaborate with fellow RGM and cross-functional team members to execute annual initiatives.
  • Influence at all levels of the organization to embrace analytical input in key decisions.

Qualifications/experience:

  • Minimum 8+ years experience in related roles
  • Advanced quantitative degree preferred
  • Proven knowledge of CPG or retailer strategies and objectives
  • Omni Channel, both brick and mortar plus eCommerce, knowledge preferred.
