As a Digital Media & Content Manager, you will be in charge of acquisition for the Brand (both D2C and not), leading the digital traffic generation strategy across all key channels. With a strongly Consumer-centric and data-driven approach, you will work on D2C acceleration projects and challenge the media buying agency to strive for excellence in its execution and clarity of thought in its planning & reporting, focusing on both volume and quality of the web traffic driven.


Main responsibilities

  • Work with media buying & SEO agencies to provide the eStore Manager with solid bottom-up modelled traffic forecasts for each channel therefore actively contributing to D2C eCom plan
  • Drive the Paid Media budget allocation strategy based on a strong data-driven approach, sets and monitors a series of KPIs like: CPCV, CAC, CPT, CTR, etc…
  • Develop and manage online brand/product campaigns ensuring their brand consistency
  • Leverage data to provide strategic and tactical insights to the business (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads dashboard, Google Ads dashboard)
  • Partner and challenges media buying and SEO agencies aiming at performance excellence and clarity of planning & reporting

Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of all digital traffic channels and their dynamics
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of paid media
  • Deep knowledge of performance media (Google Adwords, FB/IG, affiliation)
  • Great coordination and communication skills 
  • Solid brand flair to allow for meaningful interpretation of creatives performance

You are the perfect match if you...

  • Have previous experience in a digital marketing role within an agency/media house or in-house.
  • Gained knowledge of eCommerce, and digital media. analytics/metrics. Knowledge of paid media native platforms such as Facebook & Google.
  • Developed practical experience in managing cooperation with media houses/agencies/stakeholders.
  • Possess great leadership ability and natural ways of inspiring others
  • Are action-oriented, entrepreneurial, and with a constant drive for results.
  • Have great communication skills – ease in establishing networks.
  • Are fluent in English and Italian.
  • Are eligible to work in Italy/EU without sponsorship.
