a)    Sales and budget planning to leverage existing resource to drive online channel business.

1.  Responsible for Data Analysis and Campaign Execution

a)    Pitch and lead Tmall/Douyin campaign, co-work with cross function team to deliver target and regular report.

b)    Regular measure, analysis and report performance of all EC & digital marketing campaigns and up coming trends through different resources.

c)     Leverage big data, including Ali data bank, strategic center etc.to generate insight and management tools to support daily business.

d)    Manage & develop all media creative assets and get the alignment for message deliver& brand visual identity with internal brand managers

e)    Agency management including briefing and action review, performance optimization suggestion to achieve excellent performance
