Internal Audit is a highly efficient team aimed at checking the compliance of the entities with Group standards. Internal Audit embodies L’Oréal’s diversity: the team is highly international, with 21 nationalities, a range of backgrounds and best-in-class for gender euality among the 33 auditors. They reflect the diversity of the Group as a whole and illustrate its global reach.

Given the data volume growth handled within the various businesses, data analytics is becoming more and more critical to carry out audit work, identify relevant findings and useful recommendations for the businesses.

L'Oréal is looking for an apprentice for the internal audit department to support this data / digital transformation.



INTERESTED?

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN A NUTSHELL!

We can summarize your missions in 5 main objectives:

  • Support the audit teams (auditors) in the use of data in their missions and propose additional ways of investigation
  • Build a map of data sources / tools useful for audit missions
  • Lead automation of some audit processes (Customers, Suppliers, Inventory, etc.)
  • Participate in the documentation and build of training courses
  • Lead training (tutorials or face-to-face)

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have significant experience:

  • Computer science, Data Analytics and/or Business school
  • Understanding of how to take advantage of data and tools in a business context
  • Willing to learn business processes and discover financial functions
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus (or Excel excellent skills)
  • Knoweldge of SAP ECC and/or S4H is a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to a new environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work within a very diverse team
  • Communication, organization and collaborations skills
  • English is a must
