THE MISSION: WHAT WILL AWAIT YOU
- Order processing (both in SAP and local commercial tool)
- Record and follow up the dispute’s situations (complaints, deductions, returns etc.)
- Efficiently answer to the commercial team requirements (shortages, delivery status, disputes)
- Sending PDF invoices to customers or commercial representatives by e-mail
- Maintain a good collaboration with commercial and physical distribution
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in any kind of Customer Service area represents an advantage
- Strong attention to details in logging, updating, and managing customer requests
- Medium to advance on excel
- Self-motivated, great communication skills and fast learning
- Structured, ambitious, and well organized
