As a member of the Digital Team, the Corporate Digital Manager will Design, pilot and monitor execution of the Digital Strategy of L’Oréal Vietnam across the whole portfolio of Brands (multi division level : CPD, ACD, Luxe, PPD). This role reports directly to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO).

The role is expected to be hands-on, largely an individual contributor who can take full ownership of the key partnerships management, KPI setting & monitoring and projects advancement under supervision of the CDO. In addition, collaboration within the CDO team members and all the brand teams is vital to the success of the role.

Ensure the Digital Performance monitoringcross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, and issue recommendations based on that is at the core of the CDO team mission. Global & Vietnam L’Oréal have made available multiple media & digital dashboards & tools which the Corporate digital lead shall ensure Good usage & Maintenance but also upgrade of their functionalities / design upon needs in partnership with our internal data stakeholders.

Expertise in Performance Media and strong affinity with ecommerce is needed as we are fastening our channel shift of the company towards Ecommerce. Ability to work closely with brands marketing managers for execution and performance monitoring is essential.
