Before starting … How do our recruitment process look like?

 

1°/ After applying to the offer by filling in your CV information.

2°/ If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview (individual one). The recruiter you will meet with will be getting to know you better, understand who you are and what are your professional aspirations.

3°/ Finally, if the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with the HRBP and the Hiring Manager! 

 

A Day In The Life:

 

As a Corporate Communications Manager you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be:

- Corporate Communication: Develop and execute external communication plans to ensure a consistent and positive image of the organization. This includes brand management, media relations, content creation, crisis management and oversight of communication in different channels.

- Business communication strategy: In collaboration with business leaders, develop communication strategies that support the organization's business objectives. This involves understanding the company's products, services and value proposition, and communicating them effectively to relevant audiences such as customers, business partners and employees.

- Crisis management: Being prepared to manage crisis situations that may affect the reputation and image of the organization. This includes creating contingency plans, coordinating rapid and accurate responses, and managing communication with the media and other key stakeholders.

- Sustainability and diversity communication strategy: Leading the communication strategy in these areas in an increasingly sustainability and diversity conscious business environment. This involves promoting the organization's sustainable practices, being transparent in the disclosure of relevant information, and effectively communicating diversity and inclusion initiatives.

• Manages PR relations (spokesperson, ambassador) and ePR… with L’Oréal intelligence 

 

MANAGES COMMUNICATION EXPERTISES with the L’Oréal attitude 

• Is aligned with the L’Oréal CSR strategy “Sharing Beauty With All” 

• Works closely with targeted governments, stakeholders & NGOs in L’Oréal way 

• Protects L’Oréal reputation & develops visibility 

• Reinforces internal / external engagement through strong internal communication strategy & EVP 

• Ensures the Philanthropy Group’s presence & recognition
