A Day in the Life
As a Commercial Field Manager, you will be at the forefront of L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty's retail operations in Woodmead, South Africa. Reporting to Commercial Director, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team of 40 people, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution, driving sales growth and building strong retailer relationships. You will collaborate closely with marketing, education, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies and maximize product visibility.
- Retailer Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with key retail accounts, driving collaborative growth initiatives and ensuring effective communication.
- Team Management & Development: Lead, coach, and mentor your team, providing regular training and feedback to maximize their potential and achieve sales targets.
- Inventory Optimization: Analyse sales data, forecast demand, and collaborate with retailers to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize out-of-stocks.
- Merchandising & Promotion: Implement innovative merchandising strategies and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive sales within retail locations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and provide data-driven insights to management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Budget Management: Oversee the budget for marketing and promotional activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a passion for the beauty industry and a proven track record of success in field management. The ideal candidate will possess:
- BCom degree or equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years within the same or similar role
