As part of the Consumers Products Division, you’ll be playing a huge part in our mission: to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable.


We embrace and enhance emerging trends to create the most relevant and sustainable beauty products and experiences, making them accessible to each and everyone all around the world, thanks to the diversity of our brands and their communities.

             

Our Division has the world’s #1 beauty brand in L’Oréal Paris, the #1 makeup brand in Maybelline New York, the #1 natural brand in Garnier, as well as NYX Professional Make Up. Beyond our four iconic global brands, we have a unique brand portfolio including among others like Essie and Garnier.


You will


    Coordinate completion of monthly promotional cycle forms and submissions


    Be responsible for the administrative and organisational aspects of seasonal remerches

 

    Be the interface between the retailer and internal teams on all commercial set up aspects of merchandising


    Provide recommendations to merchandising and marketing teams for product siting based on consumer insights and sales data


    Ensure products and PDPs are set up on retailer website, working with internal and external contacts to ensure online merchandising is optimised



    Support the account managers and customer business manager with other tasks such as in-store staff promotional activity briefings, send outs, meeting organisation, store visits and reports and performance analysis


    Be building credible and collaborative working relationships & key cross functional contacts, including supply, category, finance & marketing


You have


    Excellent prioritisation skills; you’re able to meet tight deadlines, while achieving results

    Experience managing high levels of complexity in a fast paced environment

    Fully proficient with Excel, and have experience using it for high levels of administrational duties

    Comfortable with numbers, and capable of analysing sales and customer data

    Experience communicating, ideally directly with an external customer

    Excellent presentation skills; you’re able to deliver / cascade key messages to multiple peer groups and varying levels of seniority

    A high degree of proactivity – you are a self starter able to manage processes

    Detail orientated mindset and are analytical

    The ability to consider different consumer perspectives of in store and online merchandising, and use this to inform recommendations

    You are personable with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills

    You are flexible, agile and open minded

    You are creative with an ability to develop new ideas and innovative solutions
